Although Limon hair has a very high rate of customer satisfaction since last 15 years & very low return rates, But If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order or purchase, Limon hair is pleased to offer the flexibility of exchange, refund, and store credit (minus shipping costs) with no restocking fee within 20 days of purchase on all products that have not been opened, tampered,, Installed, colored, cut, or altered in any way. we do keep 30% restocking fee for Custom Orders and Sale items which are final sale.
2:-How Do I make My Return
Simply e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us @ (949) 245 9797 and let us know your order number. And follow the instructions for ship back the merchandise to our address all returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund, as opened merchandise will not be refunded although we highly recommend to ship your merchandise via a trackable shipping option, as it will expedite the process.
3:-How Can I Exchange my Order
We only offer exchanges if the returned product meets our requirements: Exchange requests must be made within 20 days of receipt of your order.
We do not accept exchanges of products that have been opened, tampered . Installed, colored, cut, untied or altered in any way.
Shipping and Handling costs will be bear by customer only. We strongly recommend that you use shipping provider with a signature confirmation feature to protect your package.
4:-Can I return my order if I have opened the hair from package
Please remember Your return/refund/exchange is only valid if the hair extensions/ merchandise have not been removed from its original packaging and are in their original brand new sealed condition and the tamper evident seal has not been broken or removed.
5:-Do i have to pay for the shipping of my return?
Yes, you are responsible to bear all return shipping costs. We recommend that you send your return with a tracking feature, because Limon hair will not be responsible for any lost returns.
Please indicate "RETURN, NO DUTIES" on the package, otherwise the package may be returned to you.
6:-Why Limon Hair products are non-returnable if opened?
Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. We follow to strict policies in regards to federal law, health regulations, hygiene and public safety concerns. If the item is removed from the packing and used in any visible manner, all refund and exchange policies are voided.

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method in which we have received ( excluding the original shipping cost) immediate after inspection and confirmation that the returned merchandise were not opened and taken out of the cardboard packing which is protected by a security seal.
